Welcome to Phynixo. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have when you use our AI canvas platform, covering image, video, upscaling, and 3D generation workflows for creators across architecture, advertising, photography, fashion, product design, and brand.

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our services:

• Account information: your name, email address, and password (hashed) when you create an account.
• Payment information: billing details processed securely by a third-party payment processor. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
• Uploaded content: images, videos, models, and reference assets you upload for AI processing.
• Generated content: outputs created by the AI models you run on the canvas.
• Usage data: features used, credits consumed, canvases created, and similar product analytics.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device, and access timestamps for security and abuse prevention.

We use your data to:

• Run the AI models you choose on the canvas (text-to-image, image-to-image, image-to-video, upscaling, 3D, and any future capabilities).
• Manage your account, subscription, and credit balance.
• Process payments through our payment provider.
• Operate, monitor, and improve the platform, including reliability, performance, and feature development.
• Send essential service notifications (billing, security, plan changes) and, with your consent, product updates.
• Provide customer support when you contact us.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.

You retain ownership of everything you upload and everything the canvas generates from your prompts. We process your content solely to deliver the service you requested. We do not use your uploads or generations to train our own models. Some third-party model providers may process your inputs to deliver inference. We choose providers with policies aligned to ours and we list them in our docs.

We share your data only with sub-processors who help us operate the service:

• Cloud infrastructure: hosting for the application, database and files.
• Payment processor: payments and billing.
• AI model providers: run the model you select. Your prompt and inputs are sent to the chosen provider only at run time.
• Email providers: for transactional and account emails.

We do not sell your data. We share only what each sub-processor needs to perform its specific function.

All data is transmitted over TLS. Your content is stored encrypted at rest in our storage provider. Access to production systems is restricted, audited, and protected by multi-factor authentication. We review our security practices regularly and patch dependencies on a continuous basis.

We retain your account data while your account is active. Uploaded and generated assets remain available until you delete them or close your account. After account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where longer retention is required by law (e.g. tax records, fraud investigations).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Export your generated assets.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the platform is used in aggregate. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

Phynixo is operated from the United States and Latin America, and our sub-processors may operate in other regions. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Phynixo is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
